Cultura Technologies and Brazil
Partnering with the heart of Global Agriculture
At Cultura Technologies, we know that agriculture is more than an industry. It is a network of food systems, economic opportunities, and sustainable solutions worldwide. Nowhere is this more evident than in Brazil, a nation known as not just a large producer, but a systematically important agricultural player essential to global food security and demand.
We’ve supported our customers with operations and focus in this region, and now Cultura is exploring opportunities across all sectors of the value chain in this part of the world.
Through our collaborative of businesses and industry experts, we’ve begun work to build networks to connect and enhance Agri-Food within the Brazilian market.
Brazil is the largest country in Latin America and one of the most influential players in global Agri-Food production. Its land, expansive farming operations, and deep-rooted agricultural traditions make it an obvious hub for feeding its people and providing resources on a global scale.
For Cultura Technologies, entering Brazil is both a strategic step in the global marketplace and a natural alignment with the overall vision to build a thriving and resilient Agri-Food system globally.

Fostering Intentional Relationships
Recently, the Cultura leadership team, made moves to build relationships in the Brazilian market with help from Daniella Tavares, General Counsel for Latam and Iberia at Cultura’s parent company, Volaris.
With Daniella’s deep family roots in the region and her passion for agriculture, she helped Cultura enter the Brazilian market with a greater understanding of what distinguishes this region from other areas, along with insights regarding what matters most when handling business in Brazil.
Daniella’s guidance, along with the expansive ag-tech expertise from the leadership team, helped Cultura secure meetings with top leaders in the agri-food space at the end of Q3.
Brazil represents immense opportunity for growth and innovation in agri-food technology. For Cultura Technologies, this means fostering intentional relationships and selecting partners carefully. Cultura is focused on strong teams and building a foundation for long-term expansion, all of which will help establish strong footing in this area of the world.
Opportunities in the Brazilian Marketplace
These same priorities paired with a dedicated mindset have led to success in other global regions. However, what makes Brazil different is the close-knit nature of this agricultural community.
In Brazil, trust and personal connection are the foundation of progress. “It’s personal. It’s about being together. In Brazil, face-to-face makes a big difference,” Daniella said.
This perspective is closely aligned with Cultura’s values. Transparency, collaboration, and respect for people are at the core of how we work. In fact, during one recent meeting, what resonated most with local partners wasn’t metrics or financial results—but seeing the faces of the Cultura team. That human-first approach is what sets Cultura apart and paves the way for meaningful partnerships in Brazil.
Industry Collaboration Drives New Solutions for the Ethanol Value Chain
Bringing tax credit dollars to the backbone of biofuels – the farmers who grow them.
By working alongside a broad network of industry partners through Cultura Circle events, we took a collaborative approach to addressing some of the most persistent challenges in the ethanol market during Q3 and Q4. That collaboration has now culminated in the launch of the Clean Fuel Credit Consortium (CFCC)—a multi-company initiative designed to bring clarity, efficiency, and value to clean fuel credit generation across the ethanol value chain.
Announced in late October, the CFCC brings together Cultura businesses and strategic partners including Verdova, Vericap, JAG Group, Inc., and Cultura’s newly formed brand, CreditCrop. The consortium was created to solve a growing problem in the market: while demand for low-carbon fuels and clean fuel credits continues to rise, producers, farmers, and buyers often struggle with fragmented systems, inconsistent data, and complex regulatory requirements.
The CFCC aims to address these issues by establishing a unified, verifiable framework that connects data, credits, and capital from farm to ethanol plant. By integrating verified operational and agricultural data, the consortium enables traceable and compliant participation in programs such as the U.S. 45Z Clean Fuel Production Tax Credit and Canada’s Clean Fuel Regulations. This approach is intended to help ethanol producers and farmers access higher-value markets while reducing the administrative burden associated with compliance.
A key contributor to this effort is CreditCrop, which plays a central role in translating verified data into transferable market value. As part of the consortium, CreditCrop helps bridge the gap between ethanol producers and corporate credit buyers by supporting data integrity, transparency, and liquidity within clean fuel credit markets. More information about CreditCrop and its role in clean fuel finance can be found at www.creditcrop.io
About the CFCC
The Clean Fuel Credit Consortium is a collaboration between Cultura’s businesses, Verdova, Vericap, JAG Group, Inc., DTN, and more partners. Together, the CFCC is unlocking liquidity and tax credit value in the ethanol supply chain, connecting major biofuel producers, tax credit buyers, and compliance systems for the benefit of the entire ethanol value chain.

“Agritechnica 2025 was all about Smart Efficiency – finding ways to be more efficient and sustainable with technology. In the software space, the main trend was better connectivity and collaboration across the entire supply chain.“
AGRITECHNICA, NOVEMBER 2025 (HANOVER, GERMANY)
Last fall, our team member, Tenay Urucoglu attended Agritechnica 2025 in Hanover, Germany, an event that brings together professionals and innovators from across the agricultural sector. This year’s discussions centered on Smart Efficiency, highlighting practical ways technology can support more sustainable and streamlined farming.
There was a big push in AI and autonomy with robotics and autonomous field solutions, with the goal being to reduce manual work while enabling highly precise, site-specific farming.
Data ecosystems were another key focus. Smooth data communication across different companies are making planning and logistics from planting to delivery much easier. The agricultural supply chain is coming together more closely than ever.
Events like Agritechnica provide valuable opportunities to observe emerging trends and exchange ideas with industry peers. From AI-driven autonomy to integrated data ecosystems, these developments show how technology continues to influence the future of farming.
We're getting together with the best in the industry.

The last few months of 2025 included several meet-ups designed to bring focus and intention to the Agri-Food industry. Product, marketing, and sales teams met in Huntington Beach to streamline processes. The annual M&A review in Toronto looked at key industry sectors for the benefit of Agri-Food as whole.
One of the biggest highlights of 2025 was the R&D Summit in Frankfurt, Germany, where group leaders talked AI and innovation. This summit reflected our commitment to empowering developers, investing in collaboration, and driving innovation across the industry.
