My introduction to the agriculture industry came through John Deere when I joined as a Financial Analyst in 2005. As part of orientation and onboarding, I visited the Moline headquarters and had the opportunity to operate some of the heavy agricultural equipment. Driving those massive machines was a memorable experience that has stayed with me ever since.
